i tried to abstain from chocolate after 5pm and guess what?

NO NIGHTMARES!just sharing it with you in case it helps anyone else.

and i know some of you will say – “bubba maises” but it worked!!!

I eat choco very often at night and B”H don’t have nightmares.

As Shticky mentioned- NO chocolate would result in a nightmare!

    Spoiled,

I’m glad it worked out for you, and I certainly won’t call what happened to you a “bubba maiseh.”

But keep in mind that one anecdotal case doth not a study make. There could be any number of reasons why this worked for you but would not work for someone else — or why some people don’t have a problem with chocolate (perhaps the problem is really sugar?) at night.

In short, I wouldn’t call what you say a “bubba maiseh.” But I wouldn’t start proposing it as the cure to everyone’s nightmare problems either — at least not until you have far more evidence to back up the claim.

    Awwwww!

I thought it was a nightmare about being attacked by a bar of chocolate and you needed an interpretation 🙁

When you dream, it’s your subconcious mind talking to you. When I have nightmares, there’s something bothering me, or something major is happening in my life. (Perhaps your eating so much choco is bothering you….;)
