Can you narrow it down a bit? Age range of your kids? Budget? Day trip or an overnight? And how far is “not too far”?
It would also help if you list where you been already, so we don’t flood you with “been there-done that” suggestions.
September 19, 2010 9:41 pm at 9:41 pm #696879bp13ParticipantGmar chasima tova to all, anyway from boro park been already to far places like niagara falls and lake george, kids are under 10 and was looking not too far meaning most hour half or most 2 drive, some might mention lancaster but i dont think amish town is for young kids and hershey park is also more for grown kids and besides for a family to get in there can be $200, so any ideas in the area or close by? simchas yom tov to all.

September 20, 2010 5:17 pm at 5:17 pm #696882arcParticipantsafari is expensive and a short trip long drive. It’s not great for kids because they never leave the car.
September 20, 2010 6:33 pm at 6:33 pm #696883bp13Participantagree that safari is not so good for kids after sitting in car for so long they want out.
