The NYC Citi Bike bikeshare program started yesterday and there are already thirty bikes in Mexico…..

Are they having people bring their own (pretty annoying) or are they renting (I wouldn’t want to wear someone else’s sweaty helmet- ewwww) or just ditching it (I’d be very, very surprised)?
