Only thing I know how to cook is books.
Papa the FBI is reading this thread.LOL 🙁
Hi just saw this thread. Just wandering how many female chefs you gus can name and how many male chefs. In my experience the men outnumber the ladies in the proffesional buissness by ove 2-1. Furthermore, i find men to have tastier food as they are less woried to ruin a dish and will therefore practice until they have perfeced it.
im a rocking cook. ask my wife.
Oatmeal (sometimes), egg whites, chicken breast, brown rice, steamed vegetables. I wouldnt exactly say I enjoy it.
chefa- I agree with you. Most of the chefs I’ve seen and heard of are men, as are many of the cooking shows.
B”H my husband is too busy to help in the kitchen, although on occasion he will help with peeling needed for cooking.
Going back to the mafrish challa issue? When i am doing several batches of challa before Yom Tov, i will always give my husband the honor of being mafrish for one batch and he actually is serious about it. He nicely puts on his hat, jacket and gartel to do the mitzvah.
if you want to be a successful cook to experiment!! 🙂 Rule of thumb:)
