    this will be the official thread for this years CR color war extravaganza! lets get all the particulars done now so we can start on Sunday with all the teams set up.

    The first thing we need to figure out are the team names. These are the ones I thought of, feel free to add some of your own. In any case, cast a vote today for your top three ( just to make it more exciting) and the two with the most points by 1030 tonight will be the team names

    peach Snapple vs. raspberry Snapple

    Flatbush vs. boro park

    Cyber space vs. outer space

    union workers vs. billionaires

    next we need to figure out who is on which team, n order to figure that out please declare if you want to be on PURPLE or ORANGE . Anyone can start declaring for a team now< and will be able to join until six hours from the end of color war Tuesday night.

    Another question we should discuss is amount of events per day, as well as what time of day and the duration of those events. For , instance on Sunday we have a lot of time so we could probably schedule a bunch of things throughout the day, but Monday or Tuesday we have to make a schedule

    ok the teams will be peach Snapple = yellow Vs.. raspberry Snapple= red, whoever wants to join should write their name plus their team color that they have chosen (red or yellow) First activity will be posted by me at or about 1200 pm tomorrow, and after that activity , by all means if you want to participate in making activities by all means do so. There is also a open casting call for a MOD or one of the big, serious posters who wouldn’t deign to join a actual team to be judges so I don’t have to

    Ok here we go ! todays first activity is a boggle game . I would recommend a pen or paper to write down your words, or you could just scroll up and down . the game will last 7 minutes from when you start , and the game will close to answers at 2:15 .after all responses are in, a count will be made of the total points for that team . if two members of a team have the same words, they will only be counted once. Answers should be preceded by your team color< then your name for scoring purposes The scoring will be 1 point for a three letter word, 2 points for a 4 letter word ,a five letter word gets 4 points and 6 or higher is two points per letter

    I almost forgot . regular English words only as per the Merriam-Webster dictionary no names , slang, or Yiddish or Hebrew obviously . you have to do it by yourself ( maybe one person can help you)

    Ok. here is our second game. it is a trivia event . please do not search any answer . every correct answer, unless someone on your team got it already, gets one point. I will stay out of this one as I am posting the questions but please no cheating.
