    oops .. I meant to say that it was NOT enforced on all employees. (People who were friendly with the manager didn’t have to work Saturdays).

    There was a similar case against Vonage, too.

    oh yes. Somebody asked what state the Louis Vuitton law suit is in?

    There are a couple against the Beverly Hills Louis Vuitton Store (in California).
