There are many countries where there are anti-Jewish parties running. In Eretz Yisrael, there are major parties who are so opposed to frumkeit that their win might trigger mass population movement or at least civil disorder. Not so in American. We have frum Democrats and frum Republicans.
P.S. It would be nice if said parties also nominated good candidates for president, but to expect that much would be greedy. The gemara says we shouldn’t daven for impossible things. We should be happy that at least no one wants to massacre us.

Yidden, this is not the time to consider personal issues or government programs!
The only consideration must be Acheinu Kol Bais Yisroel.
The candidate to vote for, while this may be unpleasant to many, is clear.
If we have our priorities straight and our hearts straight we know what to do.

November 7, 2016 3:58 am at 3:58 am #1189330mw13ParticipantNot sure what there is to be confused about – every Frum Jew must vote for Trump, and every Frum Jew must vote for Hillary; that way we’ll be on the good side of whichever nut wins.

November 7, 2016 4:30 am at 4:30 am #1189331yehudayonaParticipantI’ll add another opinion: every Orthodox Jew should vote for a decent person who in fit to govern. That eliminates both major party candidates (and probably all third party candidates as well).
