i was just having a discussion with my friend about tznius, but really this could fall under any catagory. i was saying that all the rabbis and everyone say “four inches” and whatever, and some people have NO problem at all doing it! but i was saying that i seriously CAN NOT bring myself to wear that, and i think that if i DID do that, i wouldnt be happy about it. and then i was thinking like lets say with things i watch, or things i read….so i know many people who would NEVER read things that i read but then i know MANY people who have no problem with it. (and im not talking about terrible things…)so i asked myself this question: do i wanna stop doing these things? and my honest answer was……no. i dont really wanna. so if its something that i shouldnt be doing, then why dont i wanna stop???

I am talking to myself but just “saying” the following aloud:

    1. If Moshiach comes today and you have a visit from Soroh Imeinu how would you feel with your dress code?

    2. After 120 would you have regrets?

    Good Luck with your decisions

Just because you would not want to be seen this way in front of Moshiach does not mean that you are able to always dress perfectly on a regular day. It hard for everyone!

if you look at yourself and where you were holding a year ago are you better now then you were then or not? i think that is a great test to know if you are heading in the right direction
