Now that Mr. Cuomo has come out publically that he will do his utmost in legalizing Toieva marriage, is it mutter to vote for him and/or anybody else with this agenda?

Absolutely not. Many gedolim have said it is assur to vote for a pro-toeiva candidate. None have said its muttar or endorsed one.

And there is a seriously scary possibility Sheldon Silver will Chas V’Shalom push toeiva marriage through the legislature, sending it to the Governor’s desk. This terrible possibility is likely to occur the first year of the new Governor’s term. We need a Governor who will VETO toeiva.

Its a forgone conclusion that Cuomo will win. Is it smart not to vote for him? In the past, Gedolim have come out against these “toeva” politicians when there was a rea” chance that another candidate could win. Did those gedolim say the same for this election?

The bill won’t make it to the governors desk if it doesn’t get through the State legislature. Make sure to vote anti toeva politicians the state senate and assembly races in the upcoming election. There are some tight races that if the right candidate wins, this never gets to the governor.

Without answering your question about mutar or not mutar lets just use some common sense.

Do YOU consider this guy to be honest and trustworthy? Do you think he is someone you can trust to represent you? Why did he wait till now to let this out? Were you planning to vote for him or for his name because you have loyalties to his father? Do you really know his agenda and what he stands for or does he flip according to who is frying him with the best oil and spices?
