just curious and wondered if anyone knew the answer.. i work with a couple of chassidish guys and was wondering why chassidish men #1 shave their heads and #2 dont cut their peyos (as far as i know, the halachah is to grow it only to/past the bone). does this have a halachic basis? if anyone can enlighten me, thanks
