Why is it that yeshiva world has zero contact information such as an email or phone number??? There’s only a submit form that doesn’t get any replies back…..I have submitted a few forms in the past week and haven’t heard from anyone yet. Very frustrated!!!!
Ummm… I hate to break it to you, but unless you are a paying advertiser, you are not a customer… you are the product being sold.

ever heard of customer service agents in each company who care about YOU (or at least act like they care about you? & their top reason is either “NOT TO LOSE THEIR CUSTOMER OR TO CONVINCE YOU TO BECOME THEIR CUSTOMER”
if anyone wants their customers to come back to them & use them again-for the services they offer or sell-they need to show customer service & care
my friend owns a company & every email, paper or letter that he sends out he ends off in LARGE letters “YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY”

I agree with you that customer service should be paramount. But let me point out again… unless you’re advertising with YWN, you are not the customer – you are the product.

Then they should have a “product service” number. Even though we aren’t customers, if you don’t keep your products happy, you can’t keep your business alive.
Meno, do you have Google’s phone number or other contact that they respond to? I’m having a problem with my Gmail and no one’s getting back to me or answering my emails and phone messages.
I’m having difficulty getting through to some people in the CR. they just don’t seem to be getting my point. Does any have any contact info for Meno?

There are thousands of customer service representatives working for Google to help anyone with their Google or gmail account needs etc…
Search on Google for “Google customer service contact “
Presumably, you would advertise to get people to buy your product or service.
I think the moderators should post their cell numbers here. I think that’s the most reasonable solution.

Vosizneias has a phone number and email address in their contact info. Yeshiva world has a stupid submit form that apparently no one is checking or theyre just ignoring it!!!!! What type of customer service is that?????? Why wud I want to do business with them and advertise if I can’t get through to anyone for a simple request I have?????????
If you’re actually looking to advertise and they won’t return your calls, then I think you found an answer… don’t advertise here. Would you patronize a store where you were saying “here, take my money!” and they refused to acknowledge you?

I don’t object to being treated like a product unless they shelve me by the stinky cheese section.
Yeshiva World News Payment Terms of Service are pretty clear: You pay by credit card and all sales are final.
If you really care about the customer, you don’t yell or use large letters and ALL CAPS.

as a personal customer service agent for a few companies myself. i would not call that customer service. your customer needs to feel appreciated for the business he gives you. with the terms you wrote YWN has it does not sound too caring but just short & to the point. sounds like this is it & if you don’t like it then get out of here or go to a different media website to advertise etc…

Flattering your customer with false, pre-packaged words of appreciation may work sometimes, but the right thing to do is to give them the service they are paying for.
