Denial of service by Toyota

It seems that an orthodox Jew brought his vehicle to a Toyota franchise and although he had an appointment was denied service. I don’t know how wide spread this practice is. If this happened to you please call both the New York State Attorney General & the US Attorney’s office as this is a civil rights violation. You should also retain your own private attorney and sue for damages. I am not an attorney but I think this maybe a PR nightmare for automakers and possibly a class action suit.
