    so, i have to lose a bunch of weight . for my health. and other reasons. so i’ve already started and baruch Hashem i’ve been serious and did not stray. 2 days thus far. and exercised 3 days thus far. so with Hashem’s help and a little help from my friends i’d like to continue. i would like try to post a few times a week to report my progress. its my way of keeping on track.

    shabbos is the key, not to fress too much on shabbos and offset my gains. or losses of the previous week. good luck to me, and good shabbos to all.
