Just a suggestion: Did any of your poster’s read sefer shmiras haloshon? Whether this latest disaster, or in fact any personal disaster, which seems to be happening more and more frequently, I know one thing, Hashem does not want divisiveness among his people.

We lost two batei mikdash because of sinas chinom, so my advice is:

Love your neighbor, reach out to those less fortunate, be kind to each other, don’t think you have all the answers because none of us do. We are all Hashem’s people, we are related by DNA no matter how we dress. Stop speaking bad about others. Immediately! Pray for Moshiach to come. Hope we deserve Him!

Actually one. But that’s a great example of how hard it is to interpret events. If you’d ask someone who lived through the era, they would tell you without blinking that the Churban was because of the terrible aveiros, people going off the Derech, and the Baryonim. Chazal however, ignored all that and settled on Sinas chinam.

It happens to be that there are scattered sayings of Chazal of why the Churban happened. So the answer doesn’t have to be one thing.
