Does anyone know the HEBREW year Rav Shlomo Freifeld was born? I know the english year was 1925. Or would anyone know the month he was born in? Thanks
1925 corresponds to TAF REISH PEY HEY (5685) or TAF REISH PEY VAV (5686). Depending if he was born between Teves and Rosh Hashana or after Rosh Hashana will let you know the hebrew year.
To be accurate you should have written it as follows
“Depending if he was born between January 1 and Rosh Hashana or after Rosh Hashana”
adocs: You are mixing two different calendars. Since January 1, 1925 was the 5th of Teves, I used the one calendar.
He was niftar on Succos in תשנ”א.
orelle: I thought you wanted his birth month, not when he was niftar.
