Well, I’m from the Middle West. I,ve lived lots of other places too, but my basic point of view is Middle Western. And I definitely can’t figure Easternes/New Yorkers out at all.
People told me that when I was in Boro Park to try smiling and saying “Good Shabbos” to people when on my Shabbos walk, and watch how agitated, almost frightened, they would be. I tried it. Nobody climbed a tree (assur on Shabbos anyway) but a few did shin up the nearest telephone pole 😉

Briefly , Bortezomib is a drug which has been proven to inhibit proteins known as proteasomes, which are required for cancer cell activity. Besides for being a proteasome inhibitor, Bortezomib has also been implicated in activating pro-apoptotic (programmed cell death) protein Noxa, which produces a significant overall response rate in multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma, and has been approved by the FDA for treatment of those cancers.
