you seem from your other posts like you don’t have any kids.
Are you including yours in “our”?

November 27, 2008 2:23 am at 2:23 am #626480tzippiMemberJD, do you know something you should share with a responsible adult? Yeah, we do have to be worried about dorm yeshivos for h.s. boys which is why I hope parents do their homework before sending the kids away so young. If they do, great!

i do not in any way mean to sound disrespectful b/c you are probably older than me, but

November 27, 2008 5:21 am at 5:21 am #626485jphoneMemberCould you send your kids anywhere without being worried about something?
November 27, 2008 5:29 am at 5:29 am #626486whatshaichesMemberNever understood why people are more afraid of dorm’s than staying in town. If a boy wants to do something, he will find a way to do it, no matter where he is. Its all on who he hangs out with, and bad influences can be both in dorm’s and around in town yeshivos as well.

Correct but he’s more prone to do something or to do it even worse if he’s in the wrong environment…

November 27, 2008 6:34 pm at 6:34 pm #626490JAPPMemberi have heard from my brothers that boys feel more connected to the yeshivas when they stay in the dorms
