I am driving from Toronto to Monsey tomorrow after 12 pm. Anyone have any idea what Rt 17 is like? Any flooding and do you think it will be dangerous?? Thanks so much!
Recommend avoiding route crossing at St Catherines-Lewiston. take the 401 east to Gananoque cross over the thousand islands bridge take 81 south to Rte 17 at Binghamton. 17 clear all the way
Take the I95 instead of the 17, it is an easier and nicer route
