    YERUSHALAYIM –

The Israeli government does not plan to evict Arab residents in Yerushalayim’s Sheikh Jarrah, even if the High Court rules the evictions can proceed, the Jerusalem Post reported on Tuesday, quoting a source close to Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

Meanwhile on Tuesday, the Defense Ministry dismantled seven mobile homes in an unauthorized Jewish outpost located in Adorayim, in the southern Chevron hills, according to Haaretz.

The High Court scheduled a hearing for next Monday on the eviction of four Palestinian families from Sheikh Jarrah. Lower courts have upheld claims that the property is owned by the Nahalat Shimon Company, which seeks to develop the land for Jewish housing.

Just another day in democratic Israel routine of favoring Arabs over Jews. Ironically the apartheid libel is still on

This is absolutely terrible. Israel places itself in danger by being weak. Bennet was always a rightwinger like Sharon was but the lim the end the Israeli leaders turn into jello when they are afraid of international reaction.

It is actually an old sad truth, Arabs enjoy more rights often in courts including regarding land issues.

And police have a softer hand on Arabs than on Jews.

The recent event of al-Hirasa (al Khirasa) Muslim militia brutal attack –in Arab Town kfar Qassem— on police and nothing serious followed VS police attack on the city of B. B. last year when two boys did something.

    This is “fresh” from today:

Students of the Chomesh Yeshiva complained to the police that Arabs were throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at them, and also placed an explosive device at the entrance to the yeshiva. In response, large police forces raided the Chumash yeshiva this morning and arrested students.
