    Which exercise do you do most? Gym?

    Aerobics?

    Brisk walking?

    Weights?

    Swimming?

    Any specific exercise you like to do that helps certain parts of your body?

    a realy goood week is:

    aerobics-4 times a week

    weights-twice a week

    Toning-3 times a week

    but usually it ends up a little less than that!

    smartcookie- Try the weighted hula hoop it slims your tummy and waist!

    Blinky- I’m not a major exercise fan, but I do enjoy walking a lot.

    I also do the weighted hula hoop.

    I actually heard the weighted hoola hoop may be dangerous for women especially during the child bearing yrs. Just be careful and ask a dr first!!

    I also enjoy walking, but its hard to find a walking partner in the winter! (For me personally i don’t mind walking in the cold)

    What do you say to the hula hoop- its boring no? i usually put on music, read, or talk on the phone while i do it

    I want to get a weighted hula hoop – my friends tell me it’s really good.

    Not I- I can’t see why it wouldn’t be safe. Besides if the woman is pregnant, then I understand.

    Blinky and Dunno- I hear it’s really helpful for shaping your waist. I started it recently, it’s great!

    It can get boring though, so do it in front of a mirror!

    i love walking in the snow, hopefully ppl have shoveled their sidewalks, and if not, walk on the road

    i do stationary biking 6times aweek

    40 mins for about a yr

    its awesome

    I go to the gym, I do a mixture of:

    Cardio

    Strengh training – toning

    Treadmill

    pilates

    At home I do the treadmill.

    At the gym I do bootcamp, step aerobics, kickbox, pilates, and weights. my sister calls me the gym rat. love it.

    I’m a woman, so I naturally like to multi-task:

    Sunday – play/exercise with the kids

    Monday – Cleanup day (something like 52 pickup, but not all the “cards” are in the same place!)

    Tuesday – laundry (it’s 2 flights down)

    Wednesday – race around the supermarket

    Thursday – cooking marathon

    Friday – errands/odd job day

    Shabbos – AHHHHH!! A time to relax!!

    don’t kid yourself on shabbos- Stretching is vital in exercise too…

    And As for Friday- You just skipped a day thats all!

    I run 3 miles every day (half uphill). I am working on getting my time down below 7 minutes a mile. I also follow a program for pushups and situps.

    Jumping on the trampoline for 30 min. every day (sometimes, 45min.). Feels gr8!!! Releases pent up stress, makes you healthy and thin:)LOVE IT!!!!

    pumper: your good. I walk 20 minutes each waay to yeshiva. 3 round trips a day. Thats 2 hrs. a day.

    Ab crunches, bicep curls, push-ups and pull-ups. Sometimes, bench-presses. I enjoy walking.

    (Almost) Every day 5.3 Miles on the Elliptical. (45 Min)

    Three times a week weights and other muscle toning exercise.

    I am in shape as you can see that I do 45 Min each day. However I am by no means skinny..
