OK, as promised, I’m going to be leaving the CR “permanently” again very shortly.
Pretty much everything I said in the original post I made after returning still seems to hold true from what I can tell.
The only thing still truly similar to the old days is how easy it is to start Chabad Wars. I kind of feel bad about my participation in those after the fact.
n0mesora and Avira are good additions. If it weren’t for them, there would hardly be any activity here nowadays. This place has really died down from what it used to be.
Maybe if you stayed and didn’t leave us without you in the coffee room then maybe you can bring techiyas hameisim and prevent the coffee room from dying down
I presume your farewell tour will be the first of many annual iterations like the ageing rock bands that have been doing farewell tours for decades.

Hm, even a goodbye generates a controversy here! But maybe see this is a coffee house as it is, where people come simply when they need a sip or to say something, no dramatic announcements needed.
