When i am on the computer and typing say in the coffee room all of a sudden and without warning the resolution will change and become much smaller or much bigger this is becoming a big hassle because i have to go to the view menu and click zoom several times before it is normal again, please dont tell me to switch to chrome or some other mishegas i like firefox except for this one thing i recently got a new laptop and it seems like it happens more often than it used to thanks for any help you can offer.
Goq, Do u mean the font size? If yes it comes from the scroll part of the mouse. Up makes it bigger down makes it smaller.
Does your laptop provide gestures? This means that it has smartphone-like behavior, that spreading two fingers on the mouse pad area will zoom in and bringing them together will zoom out.
Try Ctrl+0.
Ctrl + zooms in. Ctrl – zooms out. Ctrl 0 resets it to the default.
