nothing like first date jitters to make your day just go ohh so smoothly

    Haha smoothly? For real?

    That was full of sarcasm

    So, how was it?

Hope it all turned out well in the end.

May this be the first of many jitters.

    First date jitters.

    Walking to chupa jitters.

Walking out of elevator onto maternity floor jitters.

First PTA as a parent jitters.

Letting her cross the street to her friend jitters.

Letting him drive the car first time jitters.

A strange boy is taking MY daughter on a date(!!!)jitters.

I know it’s trite. I know it’s banal. But you won’t believe how fast it all flies by and leaves you breathless, jittery, confused, and above all grateful, in its wake.

In my yeshiva high school years, I felt there was an overemphasis in promoting the concept that everyone can be a gadol hador. I felt it unfortunately just shifted the teenager’s natural focus on taivah to a focus on gaivah. I think we would have been better served if they simply emphasized the greatness of being ehrlich, tamim and frum Jews. In a certain sense I think that is a more noble goal than to attempt to be a gadol hador. It is a goal for what is right, without ulterior drives.

lol i had first date excitement is that jitters? i was so excited to go out!

@golfer … lets just say i hope the next one will be smoother :/

Medium thinker, no offense but i don’t understand what that has to do with the discussion here
