Please share your favorite flourless food recipes!
Alternatives to typical chagim foods are a major plus – but all welcome 🙂
Thank you 🙂

June 3, 2019 3:57 pm at 3:57 pm #1737335apushatayidParticipantDo you mean wheat flour?
Salmon has no flour. Neither does chicken, roast beef, eggs or tuna fish. What exactly are you looking for?
June 4, 2019 7:33 pm at 7:33 pm #1738156LightbriteParticipantfor example…
Flourless banana pancakes are amazing
Until reading a recipe, I never imagined a mixture of bananas and eggs with spices being so delicious
Wondering what else can be made without flour

June 5, 2019 11:38 am at 11:38 am #1738526LightbriteParticipantMammele: Thank you Mammele! What kind of quinoa do you use (cooked, flour, whole dried…)?
Sounds yummy!
June 5, 2019 1:43 pm at 1:43 pm #1738567apushatayidParticipantgo into any whole foods or trader joes or any healthfood store (probably a decent sized grocery store too). MANY alternate “flours” to traditional flour. potato, corn, almond, brown rice, oat, spelt, rye, soy, chickpea and many more

To be honest I only made it once so far, and I never follow recipes to a tee… But it still came out great. -
