My son wants to go with a few of his friends to a football (soccer) game. I do not mind him going once, as i feel that this will be beneficial to show him the very big difference between us and the goyim, and how after this experience he probably would not be too desperate to go again. I have never been to one so I do not know how (if at all) appropriate it is. Is this a bad idea?
Yes
Very bad. But check with your Local Orthodox Authority.
this is what you posted on the ankle stock:
“I really hope that this is a joke post. I hope you have the sechel and wisdom to come to the correct decision regarding your children’s’ socks. I hope the Talmidei Chachomim of the CR can help you exercise good judgement over this.”
Hold true on this troll post too
It is bad, but I think you should let him go just once or else it will just be worse.
However, more concerning is the kind of friends he seems to have. If he continues to accompany friends like these, it is certain he won’t be on the derech before long
Shimon Nodel maybe he’s attracted to these friends because there’s something he’s being deprived of at home.
Make sure to ask them to find time and place to say mincha there.
Maybe he needs a friend so you should go with him.
