    I have a whole bunch (that I paid for) that I got from Aish Audio from various Rabbanim like Rabbi Noach Orlowek, Rabbi Yitchak Kirzner zatzal and Rabbi Yitchok Berkowitz. This is the first time I listened to a shiur from Rav Kirzner and I must say that I think his shiurim are fantastic. He is a great speaker and his shiurim have “meat” so to speak. High quality content.

    Hello kapusta,

    This sounds like a fabulous suggestion, and I was wondering if it is something that someone who knows barely any Yiddish or Hebrew can understand? I have newly come to Orthodoxy, after having discovered Jewish family roots.

    Hello again kapusta,

    I threw caution to the wind and checked out this audio lecture, thinking that I would just try to understand what I could. I was very happy to be able to understand almost the entire thing! I really like the site and am listening to some of the daily audio bits as well. Thank you for this recommendation!

    Shira Smiles has good stuff look on ou torah for that and Naaleh.Rabbi Lazer brody websites and Garden of Emunah and more are also good reads this time of year

    I have a Shofar for Ellul, which I blow day in & day out for my family.

    I have no reason to outsmart the Rabbis & come up with some other potion for Ellul, whilst the Rabbis of yore felt that Tekias Shofar was the appropriate potion for Ellul.

    thank you kapusta for introducing that website. i have downloaded and burned many shiurim onto a cd this past summer and that saved my summer.(travelled over 2hrs every day).
