I came across Lazy Oaf pajamas recently.
What other amusingly named brands do you know of?

Some of them might even be very old brands. Like ‘In-Sink-Erator’.

    How about ‘People Pops’.

I always thought Triangle was funny in a dark humor sort of way (they make fire extinguishers…).

I would hope that was unintentional.

It’s not a brand name, but there is a musical instrument called a “Jew’s harp.” It has a single metal twanger, gives the player a headache, and is much cheaper than most musical instruments. I don’t know where the name came from, but it has nothing to do with us chosen people. And I have never heard one played at a simcha.

Now that I think of it, it’s not funny at all.

Saw the name of a Klezmer Band: Jews With Horns

Thanks, Huju! I saw one in a video recently and was wondering what it was.

Little Froggie: My son is an expert on Old Jewish Music. There have been so many bands in the past with funny names. I can’t name them all like he can, but a few come to mind:

Rashi and the Rishonim (The band leader was Rashi Schapiro – that is really his first name.)
    Shmah Koleinu
    Raya Mehemna

I think I’ll add products to the scope of this thread.

    Bacon soap

One company sells bandages with the following on them:
Abraham Lincoln (text on the box: “I will heal your wound as I healed a nation!”)
The Scream [the Edvard Munch painting]
    Shakespearean insults

Lucky Strike cigarettes: what’s lucky about carcinogens?

    Wham-O (toy company)

Indian Head corn meal (The package has a drawing of the head of a “native American” with a feather headdress.)
