Another thing that I feel should be addressed is school. Many students learn differently and are interested in different subjects. While some are good at Gemorah, others might be better at other Jewish subjects that speak to them. Whatever they learn, tthe main thing is to help them internalize what they learn, so they want to keep it with them. Just something that the community should discuss. 🙂

parents have priorities of what they want from their children & their growth & this is what they look for when they search for the correct perfect school to send their children to
