just subsitite the reg flour for whatever “other” kind of flour you want to use however u will have to play around with the water till u get the right consistancy
I have something known as “unleavened bread” which is gluten free, and works just fine.
A relative of mine uses a flour mixture of tapioca, rice, and potato starch. It works fine in most of her cakes, but she never tried it for challah.
