Which flour mix do you use? Do they have reliable hashgocha? Pamela’s has some symbol on it, but I have no idea what it is.
I take OU rolled oats and put them in my blender.
Costco sells an almond flour with a reliable hashgocha (from what I’ve heard). But it’s just almond flour – and for me that’s a lot of calories.
It depends on what you’re baking, and what you’re okay with eating.
Do you mind/want:
-Potato starch
-Rice flour
-Garbanzo bean flour
-Corn meal
-Flaxseed meal
-Sugar
-Oat flour
-Baking soda or powder
-Corn starch
—Maybe I should also ask, what you’re making.
Do you need a blend (which may give you more consistency and convenience) or can you blend it yourself (which may give you more control over ingredients)?
