    People are telling me that gmail buzz is the same as facebook! I really dont agree, and think facebook is a lot worse. I would never even think of going near facebook, but do use gmail buzz, and feel its perfectly ok. Am I not right? Does anyone else think its the same as facebook? I really feel that facebook has many more dangers that gmail buzz would not have. Please let me know your opinion. I do not want to be doing something wrong. I never thought it was bad, but if it is would like to know and stop using it. Thanx!

    maybe its not as bad, but only in a sense, since there are less people on it, and therefore less predators or possibilities for immorality. but in essence i dont see any difference. especially once it grows larger.

    i dont really know how facebook works, but i thought people can just look on to your profile and follow your page. On buzz no one can follow you without you ok’ing it and you can block ppl from seeing what you write. You can also put everything you say on private so that only the people you say can see it. Am I wrong about this?

    The idea of the buzz is the same as facebook.

    But you also have to ask yourself, What is the whole point of it?

    Is it just another one of those “waste your time technologies”? What good can come out of it?

    How does it further/help your ability to serve Hashem?

    Also, how much time do you spend on it?
