Is there a way on a phone without any connection to the internet, to create a texting group with a number to text a keyword to and get added?

Why, do you need to work at a yeshiva to have GroupMe?
GroupMe is the best option but can be really slow and annoying at times… there is an app for it too so if u have a smartphone u may want to download the app for more conveniences, and it will work better.
GroupMe groups don’t have an admin?
Group me has An admin. Only one person can add people to it
Someone added my number as a text recipient on a GroupMe group. Someone later I downloaded the app and converted my receiving/sending from regular text to the official app. Once I was using the app I was able to add someone else even though I am not an admin (and don’t see anyone listed as an admin.)

It’s a plus, obviouslyIf you receive GroupMe as a text it can be annoying, as an untold amount of people can have conversations the whole day and your phone will keep dinging.

For example when one guy from the dirah chat gets engaged you’ll have all 45 guys saying MAZEL TOV or mazel tov or mt or mazal Tov
