    What do you think will be of hareiat.com? How can they claim they will completely, definitely, absolutely, positively, officially end the shidduch crisis?

    I’ll believe it when I see it. Sounds more like marketing claptrap to me.

    I’ll be more than happy to say “I was wrong” if they do, indeed, end the shidduch crisis.

    I wanted to start such a thread but held off on it. Anyways, I’m with Wolf on this one. They are talking way too big and I doubt it will accomplish much of anything.

    why did u hold off on it? did u first want to wait to see what the website would be all about? I am shocked that they advertise like this ,they are like making a promise that they will end the shidduch crisis !! how can they do that? They are not hashem! I wonder what theyre website will be all about?, how different can it be already from the other websites? I will be very happy if they can accomplish what they say they will,but I am very skeptical about it.

    Maybe the site will encourage really really feste davening? That will surely end the crisis.

    i have been on hareiat for 2-3 month they have a bout 70 boys and 115 girls on there

    i haven’t heard of anyone that actually went out on a date from that web site!

    (i know a few girls that are on there!!)
