Hi All,
We will I”YH go on our grand vaction (all of 2 nights) next week. Being that we rarely go anywhere I need some help. My wife isn’t interested in trying to find a bungalow since she wants more privacy. On the other hand, I’d love to go to a place where at the end of the day I can take a dip in the pool and not worry about pritzas. Also we want a place that will have some attractions around it for our kids.
Any advice??

Look at VRBO.com and see if you can rent a house with a pool in any of the areas you are looking into. You might pay less for a week in a private house than for two night for two rooms in a hotel, even if you don’t stay for the whole week. Even if you wind up paying a little more, you wind up having a whole house to yourselves and a small put private pool just for your own immediate family. BTW VRBO stands for Vacation Rentals By Owner.
lancaster is a great idea. theres lots to do there. Hershey is close, sesame place,(I heard you can go just for elmo world not only water park) amish country, anderson pretzel factory, outlet shopping and more. theres a hotel there with indoor waterpark and outdoor stuff its called willow valley resort they have a lake on premises and will let you bring a bbq
