I work full time and I was called for jury duty. Not really interested in using my personal days and giving up pay for jury duty. Any idea how to get out of this?
You can get a one time postponement. But eventually they will call you in again with a “Must Serve” notice. If you can get a doctor’s note that shows you have a physical or mental incapacity, that could get you out of it. But really, don’t you want to do your civic duty???? Hmmmmn….?
oh been there done that a few months ago. got out of it B”H.
does your work have human resources or something who can help you? colleagues may also have an idea if they had to get out. i dont know what the excuses are where you live but where i am, they weren’t so helpful.
