i think copying shortcut by pressing the right click will get the specific post http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/coffeeroom/topic/screen-name-subtitle#post-192533
For a thread, click on URL on top of page in question then copy and paste it. For a post, click on # at end of the post then continue as above.
