I’m not sure what you mean by “I don’t have Hebrew on my keyboard.”

Does that mean you haven’t installed Hebrew or that you don’t have the letters on the physical keys?

If it’s the first case, just install the Hebrew. If it’s the second, type out a chart of where the letters are on the keys.

    yaff80…

That’s not a word, it’s a concept. It can’t be translated in a word or two. It would take a sentence or two.

Some things cannot be translated from one word to another. A gezaira shava is something you learn by comparing two ideas that might be different, but have a commonality that makes it apparent that one concept is equivalent in some manner to the other. Maybe that’s it – a conceptual equivalence…?

the funniest google translate i ever got was from an ikea page showing buffets and pantry closets which are called miznonim and aronot. the google translate mis read miznonim as mamzarim and it read, i kid you not, Coffins for your illegitimate children!!!
