So, I want to go to Israel for a month this summer and I want to stay in Bnei Brak. Problem is, I don’t know how one goes about finding an apartment there. By definition there are very few online forums (Facebook, etc) where people advertise. Does anyone know what the process is to get in touch with people?

When I went there to ask about city tours, they gave me a whole bunch of maps and the name of a few tour guides. Even saying the word “internet” is taboo.
Think old-school here –word of mouth and call people who can lead you to the right place.
Hope that helps and b’hatzlacha!!!

Perhaps even the (Hebrew) yatid might have summer rentals listed. Sorry, I don’t have any Bnei Brak contacts, but maybe someone else in the CR does?
By the way, are you looking for a regular apartment of a family who is going away for the summer, or a designated vacation apartment/short-term rental?May 7, 2017 8:40 pm at 8:40 pm #1271314BneiBrakkerParticipant@WinnieThePooh – I’m not particular, I’m looking for any place to stay for two.

They may also advertise a number for free Teevuch for apartments in different parts of the country. The best way to find the numbers is have someone is Israel be on the lookout for you.
