Do you guys put bumper stickers on your vehicles? If so, what do you have on your car?
Any vanity plates?
How about stickers in the windows?
Personally, I drive an SUV that has stickers now on the bottoms of all of my windows from the drivers side to around back and to the right side window.
Mostly they are things like a few sports teams insignias, the radio station stickers of stations I like on each side of the car, I have an air force sticker which is small on each side of the car and back window, A fraternity Crest and our Letters small on the back side windows and I have a number 83 NASCAR sticker on the bottom right hand corner of my back window.
I never was one to display things on my vehicle when I was a younger man. I must say that one day I got started putting stickers on my Vehicle and I found that I had a project at hand.
I like it alot. At first I got a few stares on the road, now I get basically people who simply notice myself driving by.
Its nice, I can always identify my ride and I personally believe in the fact that our Creator likes this sort of creativity on our vehicles. In fact it shows that you are far from being a materialistic person whose intent was to put that vehicle on the road just to be seen for what it may be in terms of its outward appearnance being “clean and perfect”. I disagree that we should drive our vehicles to be prideful of our spending on our cars.
If you see me on the road, you will never forget me and you will remember me when you see me again.
Works well. I recommend it highly!
My car is dacorated with empty soda cans and chocolate wrapers.

I’m waiting for the right car to decorate. My idea of decorating it would be: supercharging the engine, custom exhaust, black chrome alloys, carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber spoiler, suicide doors. I’ll stop there for now.

Yes. I have a Cuomo 2010 bumper strip on my car and I am about to put an Obama 2012 bumper strip on it.
Ours is decorated in Middle American Scratch & Dent, with a couple anonymously donated baseball bat marks, thrown on gratis.
I personally don’t like bumper stickers, it makes my Lexis dirty.

All right, time to continue my car decorating list: Recaro seats, roll cage, exterior air intakes, carbon ceramic brakes, chrome performance header, nitrous carburetor, smoked lights, paddle shifters, HUD, and…a V12 CLK GTR AMG engine.

I was going to put the ” I’m a poshiter yid” and “Track 5” bumper stickers on, but I was told that BMW is very picky when the lease is up, so I opted for the fox tail and dice from the mirrors instead

Honest? While I like the program, the spelling and graphic of the word “shmuz” make me think I’m seeing the word shmutz.
If they change in to schmooze, then maybe (as that makes me think I’m seeing the word booze!)

The only added decor to my car is the handicapped parking permit hanging from the rear view mirror. Because I am so short it does not obscure my vision in the least bit. I also have a sun roof – does that count as an added decoration? I have never put a bumper sticker on (although I have seen many that I like) because they are so hard to remove.
I get the most randome air freshners possible. Other then that I dont like doin anything else.
Peerim, yes, I happen to know a lot about cars. I would love to have a thread discussing performance parts, engines, tuning kits, and the like, but I can’t see too many people on here taking part in it..

peerim, there’s actually a huge difference between the car I’m describing and the “goyish” car it sounded like to you.. In order for it to be a “goyish” car, it would need tinted windows, 22 inch chrome rims, a massive subwoofer, and neon floor lights. I would NEVER want a car with that stuff.
Basically, the main difference though, is that a a “goyish” car is focused on bling, size, heaviness, and loudness. On the other hand, the car I’m describing is focused on performance, lightness, aerodynamics, speed, and handling.

True. The Boxter is actually Porsche’s least expensive model. In general though, I’m not such a fan of Porsche. As far as my favorite car goes, I actually don’t have one single favorite. I have a bunch of favorites in terms of different things.
Favorite supercar- Murcielago LP-670 SV or Pagani Zonda Cinque
Favorite rally car- Impreza STI WRX
Favorite muscle car- CL63 AMG Black
Favorite open-top car- Ariel Atom
Favorite every day car- Aston Martin DBS
Overall best car for your money- Nissan GTR
I just view being into cars as a nice hobby. Of course it’s not that important, but it’s a fun outlet.

I think it’s not a very ladylike thing because of all the mechanical parts, loudness, dirtiness, and other things that go into car appreciation. Yes, the Ariel Atom is crazy, not only in terms of looks, but also acceleration; It gets off the line quicker than a Bugatti Veyron, and 0-60 is like 2.8 seconds, and it only weighs like 1000 lbs, because there’s no bodywork. The chassis is the exterior.

my suburban had fedchap as license plate and of course i had my blue and reds. License still registered to me. waiting to get my next vehicle

Peerim, I normally don’t see those types of cars where I live, either. I just happen to be a car enthusiast. (Or “Petrol Head”)
And I would find it very odd if a girl I would go out with talks about cars the way I do. Wouldn’t be a bad thing, but I would view it as odd.

Ha! Adorable, that’s good to know… But you are definitely not odd. At least not from what I can tell, anyway :)But to be honest, I like people that are a little odd in some way. Maybe “odd” isn’t the right word.. Funky, I mean.

adorable, I would think that’s perfectly normal for a girl. But imagine a guy talking about manicures the way you do…That’s how it would be if a girl talked a cars the way I do. I’m just curious- Your’e really not funky in any way? There’s got to be something..
