Anyone have some ideas or tips, on how to keep healthy on the holidays, (especially since Rosh Hoshana, and Sukkot is coming soon)?
When it comes to food on these holidays, there are endless amounts of it, and so much cakes and other goodies. I try to fill up on water, salads/veges, and chicken/meat, so I wont be too hungry for the desserts, (or maybe have just a small amount of it).
For the fitness part of it, I have my in-laws, my parents, and my sister to go to for meals. So with all that walking, I’m getting a pretty good workout (not intentionally). Plus there’s running all over the house with my baby 😉
Your thoughts, questions, tips, advice, etc.?
