Hatzlacha!

March 15, 2011 4:31 pm at 4:31 pm #749818s2021MemberExcersizing or dancing to music really works for me. It gives my mind a break from thinking about whatevers bugging me, and when Im done I feel amazing and strong- like I could handle anything. The music cheers me up alot too.
In the morning I do a hundred jumping jacks just to get my day started with a good feeling.
Usually the last thing I feel like doing is the most helpfull..
Also, If Im gonna cry, and I just remember to cry to Hashem, (as opposed to simply my pillow) and this crazy thing happens.. the tears just completely stop after a few minutes and this very comforting feeling washes over me.. I havent experienced this with tehillim, I guess cuz it doesnt feel as personal..
