    Brooklyn homeowners were mailed a notice saying that they can appeal increase of their property taxes if they can show their property value was incorrectly increased to too high a level.

    What factors are considered in arriving at the correct market value?

    What helps with this goal when appealing the NYC Tax Commission?

    good luck when you have that lucky charm share it with everyone pleased. Taxes in the past 11 years have spiraled out of control and lurched forward at an amazing 150%. Only if your income had become attached to that fly away situation. Lawyers can help seriously but do do cost money and the govt is counting on you doing nothing, they are desperately short of income
