Pelosi’s husband, Paul has a court date of August 3rd on his DUI charge. He hasn’t gotten away with anything as of today.

If you bothered to check with the relevant source (which is obviously against your hashkafah) the assertion is false. Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley confirmed in a news release issued on Thursday BEFORE YOU POSTED that:
“The case is currently under review to decide what, if any, charges will be filed against Mr. Pelosi.” Ask any of your left coast legal buddies and they will tell you that this is SOP for any DUI case that is referred by a law enforcement agency in Napa County and most of California.i

And yes, I’d be glad to “scream” at you anytime (although I tend not to post in ALL CAPS] if you posted some absurd comment that you could just as easily checked for accuracy in less time than it took to type the post. While I think Pelosi is really a gifted politician and did some great stuff in the past, I wish she would have turned over the leadership to a younger Dem after the 2020 elections. However, she has actually done a reasonable job of keeping the Dems together on most issues notwithstanding the growing schism between the lefty crazies and declining number of “moderates”.

AAQ: The likely “Mister Speaker” post 2022 midterm elections spoke clearly and unequivocally in the week following 1/6 clearly blaming Trump for unleashing the rioters and failing to act in response to his rantic telephone messages to the Chief of Staff and others begging for help from the military. Weeks later he was flying down to Mar a Lago edited and begging for mechilah for what he had said. Even now, he lives in mortal fear that Trump and the right-wing crazies in the Freedom Caucus will push for a more MAGA candidate for speaker. I’ll take Nancy anytime with her stupid giggling, cosmetic surgery and inebriated husband.
