(Zinc you can get in any health store or superpharm without a prescription.)
They should ask their doctor about it, its a medication. Medication is not something that you just decide to obtain and take on your own.
In America we have this profession known as physicans some call them doctors. If you need medicine (or think you do) you go to them and tell them whats wrong. They may examine you and or do some tests and then prescribe (order) a medication that might help you.
Does Israel not have such a system in place?the system works in Israel too
unfortunately the system is run by government run hmos which means you cant always get the meds that you want because its hard to get a prescription for something thats not in the Sal Breut
