    Did you think of asking, oh I don’t know, a DOCTOR or PA or NURSE PRACTICIONER, instead of bringing this up to anonymous posters who don’t know what they’re talking about??

    If you can keep it at bay with antacids and painkillers (Gax-X, Alkaseltzer, Aspirin, etc.) then you probably just have a sensitive stomach. If it happens regularly and nothing seems to ease the pain, go see a doctor.

    There are so many different ailments that can cause the symptoms you’re describing, that not only would it be reckless to try to diagnose you via chat room, but likely even when you do go to your doctor and he will give you a few possibilities.

    I would highly recommend that you don’t try some of the ideas above, because some of them can actually kill you, depending what the actual ailment is.

    For example, what you were describing can be the symptom of a heart attack. In which case taking aspirin might help.
    However, if it is an ulcer, then aspirin might cause you to die from internal bleeding.
    If you’re looking at some of the more simple solutions like taking Coca-Cola(drink it flat), or taking Tums, that may help a lot assuming that it is simply an upset stomach (of any variety) or acid reflux.

    In short, if you are inclined to think that it is not something massively serious, then take some thing over the counter. However, since you seem to be indicating that these are new symptoms for you, you probably should go check it with the doctor.

    Regardless, keep us posted as I’m sure many of us are morbidly curious.

    “You are old,” said the youth, “and your jaws are too weak
    For anything tougher than suet;
    Yet you finished the goose, with the bones and the beak —
    Pray, how did you manage to do it?”

    “In my youth,” said his father, “I took to the law,
    And argued each case with my wife;
    And the muscular strength, which it gave to my jaw,
    Has lasted the rest of my life.”

    Do the best and smartest thing for your situation. Turn directly to the source-HASHEM the king of kings and master healer of all sickness-and ask Hashem wholeheartedly to please heal you directly speedily, cause YOU know that really everything is all the doing of Hashem our loving father. And Only Hashem is in the power to really heal you or anyone else in need of a speedy recovery.

    Yes we all have to do our Histadlus in life but when a person truly puts his bitachon and Emunah (faith and trust) in Hashem then he lacks nothing and lives a life with no worry’s or fear as we say at the end of Bentching “V’dorshei Hashem lo Yachsiru Chol Tov” which means for ones who seeks out Hashem directly lacks nothing that is good.

    May Hashem send you a speedy recovery
