It fools me by not showing any facial imperfections whatsoever. Doesn’t shrink noses, but still. I go out into the world hoping everyone sees me as non-microscopically, and all is wonderful. If your mirror is too clear, buy one like mine, and you’ll feel great!

I always wondered.
mirrors are deceiving in that they reflect you flipped. so people really don’t see you the way you see yourself.
I would love to see my image in the way others see me. both anatomically and perceptively. it would probably be a rude awakening. but very helpful
