Until now I’ve only made ales. But tonight I made a lager.
Ales use ale yeast, and ferment best between 62 and 78, so basically room temperature.
Lagers use lager yeast, and ferment best between 46 and 58. So I put it in my mudroom.
The Original Gravity was 1.054. We’ll see what the final gravity is. Hopefully about 1.01.
