That’s what I’ve been doing for the past few weeks. The way I do it is I brew a whole pot every few days and leave it in a sealed pitcher in the fridge. Haven’t completely figured out when to put the sugar in. Originally I would put it in while it’s still hot, but then you can’t add more later. So I’ve been experimenting with simple syrup. Problem with that is that it waters down the coffee a bit (besides the ice that I put in), so I would need to compensate by making the coffee stronger. I’ll get it down soon.
