Actually, I heard that Hava Nagila is a very heilige song. Check out its source.
or you can make the sephardic one , with kibbes , and halebi sephardic food
Hi Make it extra elegant Im thinking of this for my Chanukas habayis
cream of asparagus soup in a bread bowl, rice noodles on top of a nice salad. olives and portobello with vinagrette and eggrolls as appetizers. main dish= chicken breasts sliced with some fancy glaze, sweet potato and beet chips and a nice rice with pistachios almond and cranberries as a garnish. for dessert, miniatured cakes and petite fours on platters. Cherries and grapes on ice. What do you think?
Chops . Sounds good,and elegant.
Chops, sounds incredible. IF this is normative in your neighborhood, or lowerkey than normative. If it’s way out of the realm of normative, I suggest you consider things carefully.
May your home be a bayis neeman, full of simcha, mitzvos, meaning and kol tuv!
Ive made lots of sheva brachos I think that it s more important to concentrate on the food coming out tasting good and well made than spending tons on decorations and colorful plates and inecessary stuff. Once the food is good everyone is happy and for me that is the most important part.
