When starting a new thread, you are requested (under Tags) to Pick a section. Decaffeinated Coffee is the default.
Unfortunately, people have been skipping this step and submitting the thread into the overloaded Decaf section.
This causes the CR to be very unorganized and very hard to find things.
I am kindly requesting that you take the extra 2 seconds to file your new thread in its proper section.
(You don’t need to bother with the Tags, they are not used)
Key Master, Mods, maybe there’s a way to change the default to blank and be a *Required Field.

Or maybe create a new category–Threads that the OP neglected to categorize–and set it as default.
yes could everyone please stop dumping everything in to the decaffeinated coffee section? its annoying.

Thanks for the reminder. When I first joined the CR, it took some time until I figured out that you are supposed to choose a category, so the first few times I started threads, they automatically went to decaffeinated coffe.
I would imagine that happens to others as well, so thanks for the reminder.
Questions please:
If it’s not posted as Decaf then will it still show up in the main decaf section?
Otherwise won’t people have to open up particular sections to find it?
Thus limiting it’s visibility and responses?
The main page shows all threads. The Decaffeinated page (and
all other category pages) only show threads in that category.
